PNP launches Quality Service Lane at Station 4

The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) led by City Director PSSupt. Danilo A. Bautista launched the simultaneous Pilot Testing of the PNP Quality Service Lane at Police Station 4 on Monday during the flag raising ceremony.

Quality Service Lane (QSL) is the new program of the Philippine National Police (PNP) to improve the standards and services – from facilities and equipment, to personality and hygiene development – in all police stations. Angeles City’s police station 4, as the city’s model station, is a strong contender to become the mother police station for the QSL program which will be chosen by the end of 2010.

The launch was attended by some 150 guests from the city government, business and religious sectors, media, NGOs and other stakeholders. Police Chief Superintendent Alan La Madrid Purisima, PNP Region III director, graced the event as its guest of honor and speaker.

Major Luisito Tan, commander of Station 4, led the unveiling of the Marker and blessing of the newly renovated police station officiated by Reverend Father Eduardo Musni, parish priest of Sta. Maria Parish Church.
